Standard Bookings
Full payment is required within 7 days after booking confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically released.
Last-Minute Bookings (within 14 days of arrival)
Full payment is required immediately upon booking to confirm your reservation.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is considered 100% confirmed only once full payment has been received.

You may cancel your reservation free of charge if you notify us at least 14 days before your original arrival date for stays from March to October, or 30 days prior for stays from November to February.
Last-Minute Bookings
Cancellations are non-refundable under any circumstances within 7 days of arrival for stays from March to October and 14 days prior for stays from November to February.
Rescheduling Policy
In general, reservations cannot be rescheduled, except for members or under specific package/promotion conditions.

Please note: the original cancellation policy (14 or 30 days prior to the original check-in date) will still apply and will not be reset based on the new stay date.
