Booking & Payment Policy

  •  Full payment is required within 7 days after booking confirmation 
  •  For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately 
  •  A reservation is confirmed only once full payment has been received

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Standard Bookings
Free cancellation is available when notified at least: 

  • 14 days prior to arrival (March – October) 
  • 30 days prior to arrival (November – February) 

Last-Minute Bookings 
Non-refundable within:

  • 7 days prior to arrival (March – October) 
  •  14 days prior to arrival (November – February) 

Rescheduling Policy

  • Generally not permitted, except for members or selected promotions 
  •  Members may reschedule once without charge (minimum 14 days prior notice) 
  •  Original cancellation terms remain applicable based on the initial booking date 
  •  Any rate difference due to seasonality will apply
