Payment Policy Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Standard Bookings Free cancellation is available when notified at least: 14 days prior to arrival (March – October) 30 days prior to arrival (November – February) Last-Minute Bookings Non-refundable within: 7 days prior to arrival (March – October) 14 days prior to arrival (November – February) Booking & Payment Policy Full payment is required within 7 days after booking confirmation For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately A reservation is confirmed only once full payment has been received Rescheduling Generally not permitted, except for members or selected promotions Members may reschedule once without charge (minimum 14 days prior notice) Original cancellation terms remain applicable based on the initial booking date Any rate difference due to seasonality will apply
