Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy
Standard Bookings
Full payment is required within 7 days after booking confirmation.
If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically released.

Last-Minute Bookings(within 14 days of arrival)
Full payment is required immediately upon booking to confirm your reservation.

Booking Confirmation
Your booking is considered 100% confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Standard Bookings
Cancel within 7 days of arrival: 100% charge, Cancel 8–14 days before arrival: 50% charge
Cancel more than 14 days before arrival: No charge

Last-Minute Bookings (within 14 days)
Non-refundable under all circumstances
Early Departures & No-Shows: Departures before the booked check-out date will incur a charge for the remaining nights.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking

Rescheduling
One-time complimentary rescheduling is allowed, Must notify us at least 14 days before the original arrival date
The original cancellation policy still applies to the new stay date

Last-Minute Bookings (within 14 days)
Rescheduling is not allowed

Rate Adjustment
If rescheduling results in a higher rate due to seasonality, the rate difference must be paid in advance.
