Payment Policy Standard Bookings Full payment is required within 7 days after booking confirmation. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically released.
Last-Minute Bookings(within 14 days of arrival) Full payment is required immediately upon booking to confirm your reservation.
Booking Confirmation Your booking is considered 100% confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Standard Bookings Cancel within 7 days of arrival: 100% charge, Cancel 8–14 days before arrival: 50% charge Cancel more than 14 days before arrival: No charge
